Founder to Receive Award

Jane Barney, a founding member of Avalon Housing, will receive The Award for Servant Leadership in Building a Beloved and Just Community by the Church of the Good Shepard, United Church of Christ in Ann Arbor. This annual award, given in memory of Martin Luther King, Jr., will be  presented to Jane on Sunday, January 20th at the 10:15am service at the Church of the Good Shepard.
