Avalon's commitment to affordable rents and enhanced management
create an ongoing financial challenge - tenant rents do not
cover the full cost of operating our housing. We rely on community
support to help us fill this gap, so that we can continue
to provide quality low-income housing with support services
to the members of our community who need it most.
There are many ways that you can help:
- Monetary Donation - check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
or Discover), or online through Network
For Good
- Corporate Sponsorships - call for available opportunities
- Stock Donation
- Planned Gifts, such as bequests and estate planning
- In-Kind Gifts (please call ahead - storage is limited!)
Avalon Housing is a private non-profit, 501 (C) 3 charitable
organization. All donations are tax-deductible under applicable
IRS laws.
