It is your responsibility to let us know when there is a
maintenance problem in your unit.
If you have a maintenance request, please call the office
at (734) 663-5858. If you have an after-hours maintenance
emergency, please page the on-call staff person. If you are
calling after hours with a non-emergency maintenance request,
please leave a message on the general voicemail box.
